Goedhart DZS coil blocks have steel tubes and steel fins hot dipped galvanized. All evaporator coils are pressure tested to 30 bars and supplied with a light overpressure charge.
Casing
The casing is made from galvanized sheet steel to form a robust construction. The casing will be delivered in 2 executions:
| DZS I |
Only suitable for mounting to the ceiling. It is concerning the smaller types of the DZS range. The limitation of this range is chosen to ensure ease of handling during installation. |
| DZS II |
is provided with feet and is suitable for both floor and ceiling mounting. It is concerning the bigger types of the DZS range. The feet construction is specially designed to reduce transmission of cold to a minimum. |
Almost all fixings are stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The end covers that protect the return bends and headers can be easily removed for maintenance. The air cooler is executed with a removable drip tray . A possible hot gas spiral or electric defrost elements will be fixed to the bottom side of the coil.
